Digital Services - No Physical Shipping

Brandkosh is a digital marketing company that provides online services only. We do not ship any physical products or goods. All our deliverables including website designs, digital marketing campaigns, SEO optimization, content, graphics, and digital assets are delivered electronically through secure digital channels.

Project & Digital Asset Delivery

All digital deliverables are provided through:

• Direct website access and login credentials
• Email delivery of files and documentation
• Cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
• File Transfer Protocol (FTP) access
• Project management portals for ongoing collaboration
• Content Management System (CMS) access for websites

Delivery timelines are as per your service agreement. Once your project is complete, all digital files, login credentials, and documentation are handed over to you securely.

Access & Support

Upon project completion, you receive:

• Full website access and ownership transfer
• All source files and documentation
• Training for website management (if applicable)
• 24/7 technical support for questions and issues
• Ongoing maintenance and update services (if subscribed)

Internet Connection Required

An active internet connection is required to access all digital services and deliverables. Brandkosh is not responsible for delivery delays caused by internet connectivity issues, service provider outages, or your device problems.
