Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before engaging with our digital marketing services.

Service Cancellation

At Brandkosh, we understand that business needs may change. You have the right to cancel your digital marketing service subscription at any time. To cancel your website design, SEO, digital marketing campaign, or any other service, please contact our team at +91 9274282855 or email us at brandkosh23@gmail.com with your account details and cancellation request.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official communication channels. Once your cancellation is processed, service delivery will be discontinued as per the notice period specified in your service agreement.

No Refund Policy

Brandkosh does not offer refunds on any amount paid for digital marketing services. All payments made for website design, SEO optimization, digital marketing campaigns, social media management, Google Ads, content writing, branding services, or any other digital services are non-refundable. This applies to all service categories provided by Brandkosh.

Once your project is initiated, work has begun, or deliverables have been provided to you, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We recommend carefully reviewing your requirements and service plans before making a purchase or engagement commitment with our agency.

Payment Obligations for Cancelled Projects

If you cancel your service engagement before the completion of your contracted period or project scope, you remain liable for payment of work completed to date and any associated costs incurred. Early cancellation does not exempt you from fulfilling your financial obligations under the service agreement.

For example, if you subscribe to a 6-month digital marketing campaign and cancel after 2 months, you are responsible for payment of the 2 months of work completed. Website design hours, SEO setup, campaign setup fees, and content creation costs remain non-refundable regardless of when you choose to cancel your engagement.

Website Design & Development Charges

All charges for website design, website development, custom coding, design revisions, and hosting setup are non-refundable. Once our design team has completed the website development and handed over the project to you, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including if you decide to cancel the engagement later.

Website design files, developed features, custom functionality, and all deliverables created by Brandkosh are considered work-for-hire upon completion and delivery. Once a website is live or project work is substantially completed, refund requests will not be accepted.

SEO & Digital Marketing Campaigns

All SEO optimization work, digital marketing campaigns, Google Ads setup, social media marketing, and content creation are non-refundable. Once optimization work has begun, campaigns have been launched, or content has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital marketing results take time to materialize. Cancellation of services before the completion of contracted periods does not result in refunds. If you cancel a monthly SEO or digital marketing package mid-month, you are still responsible for full payment of that month's services. Campaign management, ad spend optimization, and strategy development work cannot be reversed once initiated.

Service Discontinuation

Upon cancellation of your engagement, Brandkosh will discontinue providing the service within the notice period agreed upon in your contract. However, service discontinuation does not result in any refund of paid amounts.

If service is discontinued due to non-payment of invoices or violation of terms and conditions, no refund will be issued. Any outstanding dues must be settled before any future engagement can be considered.

Ongoing Services & Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainer packages for SEO, social media management, content writing, and ongoing digital marketing support are non-refundable. Once a retainer month has begun or work has been started, the full monthly fee is due and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

If you choose to discontinue retainer services before completing the contracted period, you remain responsible for payment of the full month in which cancellation occurs. Pro-rata refunds are not issued for early cancellations of ongoing service agreements.

Limited Exceptions & Alternatives

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you experience technical issues, project delays, or quality concerns, our team will work to resolve the issue at no additional cost through revision rounds, optimization adjustments, or additional work as needed.

In cases of service disputes or legitimate concerns, we encourage you to contact our team to explore possible service modifications, strategy adjustments, or alternative solutions rather than cancellation and refund requests. We are committed to finding the right approach for your business goals.
